Last night, I went to a small indie concert, fully expecting to be underwhelmed. The opening act walked out, and within seconds, the room was electric. I thought, "This is it, the moment I’ve been waiting for." Then the lead singer paused, looked straight at me, and said, "This one’s for my mom." Turns out, it was my mom’s favorite song—and she passed away years ago. I’ve never felt so seen at a concert.
