My mental model for Farcaster:

“programmable social” = what it is
“decentralized social” = how it works

The former attracts the users, the latter attracts the builders

I also like borderless or boundless social for what it is.

Take your identity and social graph with you as you travel throughout the internet

nitpick: programmable social attracts devs who make extensions / applets that attract users

Programmable money also hits harder than decentralized finance.
