The ugly truth about crypto/financial media is that the stories that get the most clicks are all price predictions. It doesn't matter if they are right.
A big number in the headline gets the most clicks. Thats why you see so many “Bitcoin to $1 million” headlines. It doesn’t matter if they are right, as long as you get the clicks.
The truth is, that hurts readers. It misaligns incentives between an outlet and the truth that serves your audience.
By being a DAO/co-op owned by our readers, we only publish price calls from guests with a history of being right - because those calls also guide our own trades.
