Because behind every swipe is a mirror, subtle but unrelenting. According to recent studies, the more platforms we use, the more our mood tilts toward unease.  What if we switched the lens? Instead of being the scroll’s subject, we become its observer. Notice the urge, the pause, the reset. Today: fewer automatic taps. More conscious breaths.
