Interesting that no one ran against this issue before (I think?):
If you install the node, it gets installed in the go/bin/ folder named node. Which is all good, but if you added this GOBIN folder to your path, `npm` won't work anymore due to it now pointing to quilibrium's `node`.
If you have this, just rename it!
