Dark Chocolate Cheesecake Brownies: Ingredients: For the brownie layer: • 1/2 cup (115g) butter • 1/2 cup (90g) dark chocolate, chopped • 3/4 cup (150g) sugar • 2 eggs • 1/2 cup (60g) flour • 2 tbsp cocoa powder • 1/4 tsp salt cheesecake layer: • 200g cream cheese (softened) • 1/4 cup (50g) sugar • 1 egg • 1/2 tsp vanilla essence 1. Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F). Grease and line a square baking pan. 2. Melt butter and chocolate together in a saucepan. Let it cool slightly. 3. Add sugar and eggs to the chocolate mixture. 4. Fold in flour, cocoa, and salt. Pour the brownie batter into the pan, saving a few spoonfuls for the top. 5. In another bowl, mix cream cheese, sugar, egg, and vanilla 6. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the brownie layer. Spread evenly. 7. Drop spoonfuls of leftover brownie batter on top and swirl with a knife. 8. Bake for 30–35 minutes, until the center is set. 9. Cool completely, then chill in the fridge for a few hours before cutting.
