Developing more upper body strength has been on my list for a while. Now that I'm nearing 1000 consecutive days running a mile or more, starting to layer on pull-ups. Started at 3 last month, 7 (barely) now. Would like to get to 15 before the end of the year. (also, Claude + Obsidian runs my life now...web/mobile apps giving way to markdown files and instructions isn't what I expected but a welcome change)
