Crypto's "control your own money" pitch has a fire extinguisher problem: nobody cares until their house is burning down. So when people say "we've already spent billions and crypto still hasn't found product-market fit" — they're missing the point. The TAM for "control your own money" rounds to zero, right up until it's everyone.
