Seriously though if you’re feeling like shit cause of the markets, you’re not alone
Lots of people are hurting today
There’s nothing you can do about the past and it’s not a good idea to make financial decisions about your portfolio if you’re still reeling and dealing with the emotional fallout
But in a day or two or three, take some time to reevaluate your portfolio and plan and come up with something that you’re supremely comfortable with — something that doesn’t make you lose sleep at night or make you catatonic when markets crash like this (cause this will happen again)
Until then, touch grass, hug a loved one, play video games, take your dog for a walk, whatever, find a way to be grateful for something in life
If nothing else, you’re alive, and that’s everything
If you have it in you, check in on your friends too, cause a lot of people are hurting
You’ll all bounce back, no problem is ever too dire or dark that time can’t heal
Good luck
