my free 2cts experience: there’s a point where it all makes sense — that’s when I realized the (subconscious?) thread between everything I was doing; it all clicked and that was that. Before the single thread, there was confusion, exactly as your describing it. Maybe go one/two layers up and see what’s up? :)
