Took 3 days off and it was absolutely the right thing to do. I had to fight some anxiety around not working bc of the ubiquitous founder grindset psyop

But I needed the rest and now I’m even more excited to work tomorrow

Moving fast, sloppy, and tired ain’t it. If it’s work worth doing, it’s worth doing with room for rest

i often have to fight that same anxiety when taking time off, and it’s a tough thing to learn/unlearn

It's a form of tension -- the trick the mind plays is telling you that if you stay tense you will play better

Every great player knows that to win you have to play relaxed :)
