In times of heightened wealth extraction from communities, we've been working on a middle ground solution. Here is a simplified version, particularly looking at how local treasuries can be created and what they can be used far. CityBloks is, primarily, the "Constitution Layer" of the system -- it defines the structural rules that separate participation from money so legitimacy must be earned before funds can be governed.
