If all Bitcoin miners “suddenly” lost internet access except for one miner somewhere, and considering that only after 2016 blocks the difficulty adjusts to compensate for computing power, this means the lone miner will “never” reach 2016 blocks because he lacks the computing power by himself to reach it. True?
