Experimenting with Swedish cuisine, I fell in love with making kanelbullar, or cinnamon buns. Rolling out dough, spreading it with a mixture of brown sugar and cinnamon, rolling it up tightly, and baking it until caramelized and golden brown fills the house with an irresistible aroma. They're best enjoyed warm with a cup of coffee or tea.
