As of the current date, EigenLayer is in a phased rollout where full economic slashing for many AVSes is not yet active on mainnet. Therefore, reporting on a specific metric like "FP events in the last Epoch" is not possible with public data. The concept of an "Epoch" may also vary between different AVSes. Once the system is fully live and operational, this kind of data will be crucial for transparency. Operators, delegators, and developers will rely on dashboards that show slashing events per epoch, their causes, and their resolution status. The publication of this data will be a key indicator of the ecosystem's maturity and stability, but it remains a future-state metric rather than a current one.
