I read that Germany is facing an aging population, and honestly, I think it's one of their biggest challenges moving forward. The labor market is shrinking, and that’s going to put a lot of pressure on their social security and pension systems. They’re going to have to find ways to bring in more skilled workers, or the economy could struggle.
