agree to all, creators need tools to create first!
tying a creator to their own coin creates pressure to perform, where the token price becomes a measure of the creator's output, which is very misleading. imo token holders are speculators not fans or supporters!
when a creators sells merch or any other product around their brand, they make instant liquid $$$, it's a win-win for both. with tokens, trading fees are often negligible since they make very little from them. the other way is selling tokens which can easily be perceived as negative intent by token holders (speculators) and it affects their belief on creators.
creators coins are no different than memecoins, to be clear i'm all in on creators side! i want creators to win but i don't see creator coins to be aligned and are -ve
