OpenAI quietly released a selection of “Prompts Packs” for different roles. You can find them in the OpenAI academy. These packs include more than 300 carefully curated prompts, covering over a dozen departments including IT, HR, Sales, Product, and Customer Success, with around 25 prompts tailored to each role.
Think of it as getting thousands of hours of prompt engineering, completely free
