All women know. Deep down we always know. The guy isn’t right. He talks too much. He loves too little. He listens like it’s a chore. Something in your gut whispers, “this is not your person.” But you stay. You rewrite your standards. You beg God to make him better instead of asking why you’re begging at all. You cling to the moments he’s almost right, forgetting the days he was all wrong. Why do we do that? What is it that makes women stay when their intuition already left the relationship?

why do people always like to act as if men don’t parade themselves as what they’re not just to get something from you. not to say women are completely blameless but men are so conniving and social conditioning has made women tie all of their worth to being coupled up; that’s why you see them still in marriages where they’re being violated. if you want to ask this question, you’ll need to do a breakdown on the system that set women up.
