the uncertainty around the resolution stopped me from taking the bet tbh

rules only mentioned custody, but was unclear wrt a déferrement, I guessed it would have resolved as a No in that case but you never know with UMA/PM resolution process

still 20c was close to free money

I’m guessing they meant what happened after the garde à vue and until trial — either released on bail (as happened) or kept in jail. Otherwise the bet makes no sense indeed
