Consumer apps are hard because it's much more challenging to build something people want to use than something people have to use because their boss told them to. It's harder to find gold than to sell shovels.
Sometimes an investor will ask you to send them your deck and/or executive summary before they decide whether to meet with you. I wouldn't do that. It's a sign they're not really interested.
Define and prioritize your company's traction goals, setting clear, significant milestones. Focus product updates strictly on achieving these milestones, educate yourself on various traction channels to overcome biases, and quantify subgoals for effective progress tracking.
