Letâs talk about burnout â because it doesnât always look like collapse. Sometimes, it looks like scrolling for hours because your brainâs too foggy to focus. I always go through this one. Or getting irrationally annoyed by small things. Or waking up tired even after 8 hours of sleep. Burnout sneaks in quietly, and if you ignore it, it settles in loud. Hereâs your sign to check in with yourself: Are you breathing deeply? Drinking water? Saying ânoâ when needed? Taking breaks when needed? Youâre not a robot. Youâre a human. Treat yourself like one. It's the weekend today. How did you spend your weekend? Did you get some rest?
