When was the last time you told your guy friends you love them?
Not just showing it with vibes, jokes, or helping out but actually saying it.

We’ve made it a norm to act like we care, but sometimes the words matter just as much.
You don’t have to say it every day, but when he shows up for you, checks in, or does something thoughtful say it.
No shame in it.
