my most controversial niche food opinion is that xiao long baos and pâte en croute are basically the same food:

1. a layer of dough wrapped around
2. ground meat
3. with aspic

This realization was so ground breaking to me that I had to double post on both platforms

小笼包 is steamed and typically has quite a lot of liquid in it. Completely different

I have tried it more offen and it taste awesome
