15 reported dead amid spate of rains due to habagat, storms, says PNP MANILA, Philippines — Fifteen individuals were reported dead amid the onslaught of the southwest monsoon (habagat) and tropical cyclones Luis and Maymay (international name: Kujira), according to the Philippine National Police (PNP).
