one of my favorite listens this year, and a new fan of @jackson and his podcast + the unbelievable site that actually lets me just read transcripts
Hm @fredwilson.eth - I think this is an interesting response to how getting an arbitrary token with no heads up feels akin to the inherent feeling in this space that most people regard things as scams or grifts. Do you think this is a natural part of the theory that all markets somewhat start as speculation and speculation somehow can feel grifty at first, or do you think an inherent part of decentralization is a lack of trust in systems and that lack of trust as a feature gives you pause but as we build more on these new rails when we solve trust, we actually neuter decentralization or do you think there’s some other way to get things in crypto to feel more high trust?
wow I remember ello, crazy throwback. would love to learn how people are discovering communities and people here fwiw
just saw this and started trying to do the same here. have been really enjoying some of the ways frames and being able to move money affect the social graph. https://warpcast.com/yhprumslaw/0x0d8fe4e6
