Three square meals a day is such a scam.
It just keeps people docile and stupid.

The mental clarity that comes with waiting 18hrs to eat is unmistakeable at least for me and those I’ve talked to about it.
Also, the autophagy and ketosis heals the body. No faitgue, sleeping better, food tastes better and I don’t settle for junk food.
EVERYTHING tastes better so I eat better

I’m still doing it. Started in Feb. now I do at least one 36+ hour fast a week and most days are 18-30 hr fasts thru out the week

For about 7 months now I've been doing intermittent fasting. Maybe 1-2 times a month, I'll eat 3 times a day. I usually fast 24-36 hours twice a week, and almost always have at least 18 hours between meals. Maybe twice a week I eat twice a day.

Experimenting with 10:00 to 15:00 right now. Basically skipping dinner. Sleeping much better 👀

Well personally I honestly generally do 1 “real meal” for dinner, & smaller snacks or mini meals during the day….
(Haven’t been much of a breakfast person, unless it’s breakfast at night, for many years)😅🤷♂️

Intermittent fasting is definitely gaining fans! Skipping dinner or eating in a small window sounds tough but the better sleep and recovery make it worth trying.
