YES…. Well personally I honestly generally do 1 “real meal” for dinner, & smaller snacks or mini meals during the day…. (Haven’t been much of a breakfast person, unless it’s breakfast at night, for many years)😅🤷‍♂️

Intermittent fasting is definitely gaining fans! Skipping dinner or eating in a small window sounds tough but the better sleep and recovery make it worth trying.

My loving partner @tripfashion is all about nutritional health. Intermittent fasting. Keto. High protein. No processed sugars. The whole shebang. Personally, I think we should be taught how to listen to our bodies for what they need. A lot of us have our natural cravings rewired due to UPFs and junk foods etc, but after a 6 month elimination diet I found that I could properly identify my bodies cravings for things like Salt, protein, natural sugars, and essential minerals and nutrients.

Consumption is occurring, no doubt. From where does it derive and how it becomes personally acquired is quite important too. Even more so, who deals with your ‘dangerous’ excrement of consumption? Is it waste and wasted?
