I think the "Black box" aspect wrt talking to agents is both interesting and also aggravating. For example, it says "messages sent: 24". I sent a minimum of a hundred messages, and here's a conservative count: For each of these, I got an individual response from the agent. Only three times did I get the "pager out of service area" or "system busy, try again" message.
