One thing I kind of like about AI output is that I've been crafting output that looks "like AI did it" for decades. We didn't have AI back then, of course, so now it's relegated to history, and it's mostly documented history. My email formatting is structured, I use bullet points with bolded key phrases, the flow follows a story or main underlying supporting function, and it looks good and makes sense because I spent effort on it. It's also kind of what I don't like - selfishly, I bemoan that now idiots can make their ideas look and sound better. But I only stay in the bemoaned state for a short time, because I quickly realize that AI powering the idiot is also AI that powers the smartie. Take for example the Cat Podcast I shared a few days back -- that, to me, is a great example of AI powering a smartie. The end result is very funny, and although AI-powered (and obviously so to anyone who actually knows the capabilities of a cat) it surpasses most slop thresholds. That's made by smarties.
