I don't get the purpose until the vault is gone. I can tip whatever I want with @noiceapp, and why would I tip my own $degen when I can stake and get an allowance?

For me I see two reasons
- as a degen I like to gamble. So I might get more DEGEN from lottery
- it's degen-specific, which focuses my intentions.  The like transactions will specifically mention the degen app, which brings more attention to the token

Thanks for your thoughts Yes2, is the lottery going now? I saw a mention of something in the future. I guess I feel like $degen is slipping and losing mind and market share to the next iteration of tipping apps. I'm not convinced creating their own app will drive much value either. Perhaps I'm just too much of a pessimist. I respect all the hard work they are doing to try and keep the ship afloat and will keep the hat on as I have for over a year now 🎩

I don't know when it starts.  If I know Jacek, there will likely be some benefit from adopting early.

DEGEN has always rewarded early adopters.
