To reduce the sheer volume of mass degen unlocking at same time, I suggest giving the user a slider control, with longer times being a dynamic multiplier 1 mo minimum: base rate each month gives a multiplier boost, up to 2yr - ability to add to lock to "top up" as more people lock - better to have daily granular stops
