Moved out of mold and into rental a little bit ago. Few days to settle/adjust and then started the Carnivore Keto + OMAD again to help the mold-induced Non-Alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease etc... Down 6.2kg/13.67lbs in 11 days 🫡 Now amongst the still hectic schedules to aim for consistency on water intake and 8k+ steps per day... cc: @ahn.eth @arjantupan @pichi
