GM Morning run Starting sweaty mid-40s modelling career “Get back into shape without breaking yourself into worse shape” Even with the mycotoxin it’s/mold exposure meaning my body has no desire to reduce sequestered fat stores that are locking away the mycotoxins… I can still do the cardio, weights, healthy choices that are quality of life & what’s underneath the extra padding Next on the treatment agenda?
