Funny how I used to treat my growth like a microwave meal—impatiently tapping the door, cursing when it didn’t “ding” fast enough. Who gave me the idea that healing, learning, becoming… should come with a countdown timer? I didn’t trust slowness until I realized: rushing was just fear dressed up as productivity. So I started doing the unthinkable—celebrating pauses. Letting days pass without visible “results.” Smiling at setbacks like they’re inside jokes between me and the universe. Turns out, progress doesn’t sprint—it saunters. And when I stopped chasing it, it started showing up casually, like a friend who finally texts back after ghosting. Now I whisper to myself: “You’re not behind. You’re exactly where your soul signed up to be.” Wild, right? The less I push, the more I arrive. Patience isn’t waiting. It’s winking at time and saying, “I see you trying to rush me. Cute.”
