Arthur Hayes in his new article (https://cryptohayes.substack.com/p/fatty-fatty-boom-boom) explained how the US has become an economic "fat man" trapped in its own systems.

Hayes compared the obesity of Americans with the economic obesity of the country. First, people were hooked on processed food, then on pills that fight the symptoms, but not the causes.
It's the same in the economy — endless pumping of money instead of real reforms. It seems to work, but the consequences are only worse.
