I agree with you 100%. Even though the UI looks similar, the paradigm shift between X and Farcaster is too much for a lot of people. At least when it comes to artists, over there it’s all about spamming your creations with very little dialogue. That doesn’t work here, and I get that it can be quite confusing at first. I guess in return you gain more meaningful conversation and that long-lost feeling that there’s a human being on the other side of the screen.

Pretty much the same thoughts. I really like Farcaster and I still believe most artists and collectors should move here, but that's not happening and I'm afraid it won't. Unfortunately, X is where everyone who's already established is, and as long as you stay inside the digital art bubble, it's manageable. But if you step outside, like you said: fascism, hate, and intolerance around every corner. 🤢 And that’s not even mentioning who’s behind the wheel, I feel sick just thinking about it. 🤮 Bluesky, disappointing. I really like how it's organized on paper, but when it comes down to it, no matter how many 3D artist lists there are (which is what I've explored), 90% of the posts are low-effort porn made with Daz3D in five minutes.

LOVE, DEATH & ROBOTS. The first three seasons are a true technical marvel, with plenty of highly inspired moments on the narrative side. What the hell happened with this newly released fourth season? The stories, when there are any, to put it mildly, are just pathetic. Not a single script should have made it to production. Technically, we've completely lost that "how the hell did they do that?" feeling. A handful of shorts still hold up in that regard, but even then, they don't stand out. Certainly not compared to the level of previous seasons. Surprisingly disappointing.

I’m just some guy who tells stories through 3D animation using only 100% recycled electrons, 90% AI Free and 0% sugar. I do the sims, the animation, the music, and all the chaotic stuff myself. Trends? Couldn’t care less. Too dark? Good.

Writing 'follow to follow' in your bio is probably the worst way to get someone to follow you. And if it’s paired with generic content, lifeless AI-generated images made in two seconds, stock food photos, and similar nonsense then you’ve really outdone yourself. Put in a bit of effort, it won’t kill you.

'Disintegration', without a doubt, there’s a reason it’s one of my all-time fav albums. 🖤 Pretty much anything by Tool, especially '10,000 Days', 'Lateralus', and 'Fear Inoculum'. 'Kind of Blue' by Miles Davis, and I think generally any jazz or classical album. tbh, now that I think about it, I usually don’t skip tracks and I like listening to entire albums. Old skool! 😁
