Particles are the best, haha. 🖤 Sometimes a bit frustrating when they don’t behave, but I guess that’s where the fun lies. The truth is, we work with almost the same tools. In my case, Houdini/Blender/TD and AE for post, but I’ve switched to Resolve later. I knew our workflows had a lot in common, but not this much. Part of the reason I was asking about the sound and visual part was because of that. I thought, as I now see mistakenly, that you might start with the music. I find your starting point really interesting, the idea of meditating or starting from a feeling. Have you ever used an experience with entheogens as inspiration? If so, how do you do it? From memory? Because, at least in my experience, writing is difficult. I’d like to try it because they give me huge audio>visual synesthesia (I see the music), but I’m not sure how I could record it to avoid forgetting later. 😅
