lol it’s not 50 “finished” — it’s 50 screened.
once a month i build a queue from tecommendations lists.
then in each sitting i pick 5–10 and do:
-> quick context online (author + reviews + 2 summaries — easy with AI now)
-> table of contents
-> skim first ~20 pages
keep 1–2, drop the rest.
real gem shows up every few months.
