I painted this piece three years ago and gave it to my friend before she left the country. We never really talked about it after,
š but today, out of nowhere, she sent me a photo of it.
And honestlyā¦ it still hits deep.
The colors are still alive, the rain still falling, the lights still softly glowing.
And that woman, sheās still walking. Alone, into whatever future sheās meant to build.
Just like my friend
who left alone, chasing a life she hadnāt seen yet, but believed in anywayš„°
