Most people will not give honest feedback in public or even in DMs. They worry that if they say something the team dislikes, they might lose their role, whitelist, future airdrop or other rewards. If a project truly wants real feedback, there are two clear ways to get it: 1. Share an anonymous feedback form on Twitter (there are plenty of apps in market which you can use for this) Tell people clearly that the team cannot track responses. There will be a lot of noise like "you suck" or "launch the token now", or "give me whitelist losers"but there will be thoughtful, honest insights, the kind you miss when surrounded by people with incentives to only praise you publicly. 2. Create a private Discord channel or a separate tg for power users and share anonymous feedback form with them

Share an anonymous feedback form there with them and ask for honest feedback. Since the team cannot link responses to users, they will feel safe sharing both praise and criticism. If you do not know who your power users are or want a wider sample, ask users to drop wallet addresses in the discord/tg. Check on-chain activity of all addresses to find top users. You can also invite those who post about your project on Twitter and understand the tech and community. Make sure whoever you asks for feedback, they must know the team cannot trace feedback. Users knowing this, is key. I mentioned two methods, but personally, I recommend following both. Each has its own pros and cons, but together they provide a more complete picture. It is worth the effort imo.

Onboarding users to try your product is the easy part in crypto. Getting users to stick around and keep using the product is much harder, and this is where most teams fail. Thatโ€™s why we often see apps launch, stay in the spotlight for a week, and then suddenly disappear.

eco-jobs.monad.xyz/jobs At the moment, only a few ecosystem companies are listed including KuruExchange, LFJ, forty two network, haha app & kizzymobile Get your company listed and add job openings when you are ready to hire. Doing this benefits everyone involved.

If you are building on Monad and planning to hire, there is a Monad Ecosystem job board where you can list job openings. If you are looking for a job in the Monad Eco, you can also check it out to see if there is an opportunity that fits your profile. link below:

Bounty program, for art stuff, writing, video, memes etc A great way to push non devs to learn about crypto, once they enter the rabbit hole, your work is over, then the curiosity will take over Quizzes too could be helpful
