Most people will not give honest feedback in public or even in DMs.
They worry that if they say something the team dislikes, they might lose their role, whitelist, future airdrop or other rewards.
If a project truly wants real feedback, there are two clear ways to get it:
1. Share an anonymous feedback form on Twitter (there are plenty of apps in market which you can use for this)
Tell people clearly that the team cannot track responses. There will be a lot of noise like "you suck" or "launch the token now", or "give me whitelist losers"but there will be thoughtful, honest insights, the kind you miss when surrounded by people with incentives to only praise you publicly.
2. Create a private Discord channel or a separate tg for power users and share anonymous feedback form with them
