Morning used to mean movement - people on their way to work, children with backpacks, the quiet rhythm of ordinary life.
Now it is also the hour of sirens, because Russia is attacking our country right now.
Launching missiles and drones in the middle of the day when people are on their way to work, when kids are sitting in classrooms is not a “strategy.” It’s calculated TERROR.
This isn’t about targets. It’s about timing. About choosing the moment when the most civilians are outside, exposed, alive in their routines and turning that into a weapon.
There is nothing “complex” about it. It’s cruelty, plain and simple.
And still, people in Ukraine get up, go out, send their children to school, try to live. Not because it’s safe, but because life has to go on.
Remember that when you read the news. This is not abstract. This is someone’s morning, deliberately shattered.
