Anyone else find traditional weddings to be a terrifying obstacle course for the neurodivergent?

✅ Unstructured social time
✅ Lots of random emotions
✅ Having to sit still 
✅ Constant need to self-monitor to avoid offending anyone 
✅ Lots of random overwhelming noise
✅ 10 hour masking marathon

Yeah and it's super uncomfortable in them nice clothes

For my own wedding I did what I could mitigate issues, such as no speeches, and no cameras at the ceremony, and I only had food there that I would eat
