Anyone have tips on how to improve my tolerance to spicy (as in hot) food relatively quickly?

Once my food at the restaurant came extremely spicy because of a mistake. It was painful but strangely good at the same time. I found out there's a "spicy high" chemistry brain reaction, kind of like runners high or cold plunge high. Now I associate spicy with good feelings and enjoy it a lot.
