I started looking up info on wedding cakes. Looked at pictures. Got ideas. Hmmmm. BIG learning curve. Loved the flowers. Hey! Amazon sells all those tools. Watched more videos. Bought more tools. Got recipes online. Baked cake after cake. Found recipes I liked. Learned to make my own gumpaste and fondant. Made my own flowers. Actually over 100 of them. I had this image of a waterfall of summer flowers cascading down the cake. Cake ended up being over 3 feet tall! And I loved it!
