Every time I go on a trip, I take photos and write a few things. But as time goes by, I start to forget those memories. Later, I tried using blockchain to keep track of them. It's safer and less likely to get lost.
I use an app called DiaryChain. It lets me upload photos, notes, and videos. Last week, I went to the beach. I took some sunset photos and wrote down how I felt. I uploaded everything to the chain. The system gave me a hash. It's unique, like a stamp.
I use IPFS to store the content. So even if my phone breaks, everything is still there. No one else can change it. I can choose to make it public or keep it private. If I want friends to see it, I send it to them. If not, I just keep it for myself.
This way is different from using cloud storage. Everything truly belongs to me. I don’t have to worry about it suddenly disappearing.
