The DAO experiment is facing growing pains. While decentralized governance has been hailed as the future of decision-making in Web3, many DAOs still struggle with issues like voter apathy and centralization of power. Can we create a more efficient DAO structure that enables active participation from the community without sacrificing decentralization? Optimistic governance and quadratic voting are promising solutions, but will they scale as Web3 grows? Or will we see traditional organizational structures take over?
