Slice foie gras, about 8 mm thick. Marinate with red wine, black pepper and salt. Marinate for about 10 minutes and coat both sides with starch. Put the red wine and apples into the pot at a ratio of 1:1, add a spoonful of sugar and some lemon juice, bring to a boil, then turn down the heat and slowly add it.
