Depends a lot on your industry and own standards. Aerospace and medicine are heavily weighted towards getting it right. Finance in some sense maybe as well. Information technology may not be as perfectionist because we can iterate more easily towards better outcomes without affecting lives negatively. But then you have the EF and protocols like Ethereum where you have to strike the balance way more carefully. Maybe we could say that progress should be impact oriented, where impact can be positive or negative. In Web2 you can move faster. In Web3 you may need to take a moment and reconsider.
