Roam is Joining Coinbase! We are happy to announce that the team at roam.xyz, The Onchain Browser & Search Engine, will be starting a new journey with @coinbase and @base.base.eth. The cofounders of Roam (myself, @selfishfish and @jagra.base.eth are joining Coinbase to help accelerate the company’s onchain consumer efforts. We launched Roam because we believe that the foundation of the internet is evolving and becoming more open and permissionless. Our goal was to provide users with a mobile browser that was built for this onchain future. We are proud of the product we built and happy it was so well received by the community. We’re winding down the Roam app and joining Coinbase because this is where we can now have the biggest impact building products that support this new open financial system. We want to thank everyone who supported us throughout our journey with Roam. We are particularly grateful to all our early users who were willing to explore something new and provided invaluable feedback. Thank you!
